Today is #InternationalHRDay!

This year's theme is "Connecting People and Organisations". Over the past 12 months we have seen the role of HR expand within organisations, and truly become the connectors between the business and its people in those challenging times. Workforces instantly became mobile, there were significant economic impacts, and now as we work through 2021, the focus is on re-establishing our teams in ways we have never had to before.
